The Cecil County Retired School Personnel Association announces its 38th Annual Memorial Scholarship program. To date the fund has awarded over $53,950 to 60 recipients. Here is a list of winners.

To be eligible, students must be graduates of a Cecil County Maryland public high school, majoring in the field of Elementary or Secondary Education and entering their junior or senior year of college.

The value of the scholarship is up to $1500.00.
